Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and process development using the latest technologies. The candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency and enhancing digital innovation in support of organizational goals. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies. * Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. * Lead digital transformation projects and ensure on-time delivery. * Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deploy digital solutions. * Monitor performance metrics and enhance user experience. * Manage organizational change and foster an innovation culture. * Coordinate with technology vendors and partners. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation or technical project management. * Strong knowledge of modern technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Data Analytics). * Excellent leadership and management skills. * Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities. * Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
