The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and strategic planning. This role manages budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and cash‑flow functions while supporting senior management in making informed financial decisions. **1\. Cash Flow \& Treasury Management** * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity on a daily/weekly basis. * Optimize banking relationships and financing arrangements. * Implement strategies to ensure strong financial stability. **4\. Compliance \& Internal Controls** * Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and company policies. * Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. * Coordinate internal and external audits. **5\.
