




A growing fashion and lifestyle company is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its brand presence across digital platforms. This role suits someone who understands fashion marketing, can manage day\-to\-day content execution, and can handle campaigns from planning to delivery with consistency and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. * Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and paid advertising (Meta, Instagram, TikTok). * Coordinate with photographers, stylists, models, influencers, and PR partners. * Oversee photoshoots, campaign preparation, product shoots, and brand rollouts. * Support website updates, product uploads, and online promotions. * Monitor campaign results, optimize performance, and report on key metrics. * Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity across all channels. **Requirements** * 4–6 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands. * Strong communication skills in Arabic and English. * Experience managing social media ads and content creation tools. * Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with AI tools for content is beneficial. * Experience working with production teams (photographers, stylists, influencers). * Knowledge of Shopify or e\-commerce platforms is an advantage. * Bahrainis preferred.
