**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, plan, and coordinate day\-to\-day project execution across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines. * Review and validate design drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings to ensure full compliance with project specifications and standards. * Monitor and control project schedules, progress updates, manpower deployment, and resource allocation to achieve project targets. * Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. * Oversee site supervision activities to ensure construction works meet required quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical, coordination, and scheduling issues in collaboration with engineering and site teams. * Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, inspection requests, and other key project documentation. * Support the Project Manager in cost control activities, variation assessments, and preparation of technical correspondences. * Ensure strict adherence to project QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations across all work fronts. * Contribute to project planning, forecasting, and risk evaluation to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * 8–10 years of experience in project execution, site coordination, and construction management (GCC experience preferred). * Proven track record of working on large\-scale or technically complex construction projects. * Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage. * Strong understanding of construction methodologies, industry codes, and relevant engineering standards. * Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving abilities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and project stakeholders. * Valid GCC driving license is an added advantage.
