




**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, plan, and manage the overall execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements and milestones are achieved efficiently. * Monitor daily project progress, evaluate performance, and implement corrective measures to maintain schedule and cost control. * Oversee procurement, contract administration, and resource management to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower. * Conduct regular project review meetings to assess progress, identify risks or delays, and develop mitigation or recovery plans. * Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and international construction standards across all disciplines (Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP). Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals in coordination with the engineering team. * Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain transparent communication and ensure alignment on project objectives, changes, and deliverables. * Ensure implementation of project QA/QC procedures and HSE policies at all stages of construction. * Manage cost control activities, including monitoring budgets, approving variations, and supporting the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts. * Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers, site teams, and support staff to ensure high performance and accountability. * Oversee documentation, reporting, and record\-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual and company requirements. * Prepare and submit project progress reports, forecasts, and presentations for management and client review. * Ensure timely handover of completed works, including as\-built documentation, testing, commissioning, and client acceptance. * Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering** (Master’s in Project Management or PMP certification is an advantage). * **10–15 years of professional experience**, including a minimum of 5 years in a **Project Manager** role within the construction industry (high\-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred). * Proven experience in **project planning, execution, cost control, and contract administration**. * Proficient in **Primavera P6**, **MS Project**, **AutoCAD**, and **MS Office**. * Strong understanding of **FIDIC contracts**, QA/QC procedures, and HSE management systems. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle complex technical and contractual challenges. * Analytical and results\-driven with a focus on delivering quality projects on time and within budget. * **GCC experience** and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
