Manage contracts, costs, and ensure compliance standards are met Position Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering manpower and equipment rental projects to clients within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing resources, ensuring compliance, and maintaining profitability. Key Roles \& Responsibilities: Project Planning \& Execution Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities and resource allocation. Review and interpret project scope, contracts, and client requirements. Ensure timely mobilization/demobilization of manpower and equipment. Manage day\-to\-day operations and ensure smooth workflow at project sites. Resource \& Equipment Management Coordinate deployment of manpower and heavy equipment. Maintain equipment utilization logs and ensure proper maintenance schedules. Optimize resource allocation to minimize idle time and maximize output. Site Coordination \& Supervision Supervise site teams, foremen, and operators. Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of work. Conduct site inspections, safety checks, and progress assessments. Contract, Cost \& Compliance Management Track project costs, budgets, and profitability. Ensure contractual obligations are met as per agreed terms. Approve daily timesheets, equipment logs, and invoices for billing. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards. Reporting \& Communication Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Conduct regular client meetings and internal review sessions. Maintain proper project documentation and closeout reports. Qualifications \& Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in equipment rental / construction / manpower supply industry. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, equipment operations, and contract management. Skills Required: Leadership \& team management. Excellent communication \& negotiation skills.
