Utilize data-driven analysis, UI/UX improvements, and A/B testing MAIN OBJECTIVES The E\-Commerce Optimization Specialist is responsible for improving the overall performance of Gulf Air's digital sales channels by enhancing conversion rates, optimizing payment success, and maximizing revenue per transaction. This role involves data\-driven analysis, UI/UX improvements, A/B testing, and cross\-functional collaboration with IT, marketing, and revenue management teams. The specialist will focus on one of the following core areas: * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) \- Enhancing the website and mobile experience to improve conversion rates. * Add\-to\-Basket \& Average Order Value (AOV) Optimization \- Increasing customer spend through merchandising strategies and upselling techniques. * Payment Success \- Improving payment success rates and reducing transactional failures. MAIN DUTIES* Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. * Conduct A/B testing, usability studies, and heatmap analysis to optimize website and mobile app performance. * Identify and implement enhancements to improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and add\-to\-basket ratio. * Develop strategies to reduce cart abandonment rates through data\-driven solutions. * Work closely with IT and UX/UI teams to implement front\-end and back\-end optimizations. * Monitor payment success rates and collaborate with IT and payment service providers to reduce transaction failures. * Identify and address issues related to payment gateway integration and alternative payment methods. * Work with revenue management to ensure optimal pricing display and seamless checkout experience. * Implement product bundling, promotional placements, and dynamic pricing techniques to increase ancillary and core revenue. * Optimize merchandising strategies for Gulf Air's website and mobile app to improve upselling and cross\-selling. * Collaborate with Manager, Ancillary Products \& Services to enhance visibility and sales of ancillary products. * Work closely with Marketing, IT, and Revenue Management to implement data\-driven improvements. * Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, website optimizations, and commercial objectives. * Manage relationships with third\-party technology providers to enhance e\-commerce capabilities. EDUCATION* Bachelor's degree in E\-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. EXPERIENCE* 0\-1 years of experience. * Experience in e\-commerce, digital product management, or conversion optimization is preferred. * Experience in A/B testing, UI/UX enhancements, or payment systems preferred.
