Role Overview Wajba is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the growth of its vendor network. The role involves identifying and approaching potential F\&B partners, presenting Wajba’s offering, closing vendor agreements, and supporting vendors through onboarding and activation on the platform. Key Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential F\&B vendors. * Present Wajba’s value proposition and commercial terms. * Manage discussions and close vendor onboarding agreements. * Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure activation on the platform. * Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors. * Track leads, follow\-ups, and signed partners. * Hands\-on, you will also support operations and customer support/success when needed * Share market feedback with the internal team. Requirements * Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Comfortable with in\-person meetings and field outreach. * Organized and able to manage multiple vendor relationships. * Interest in startups, marketplaces, or the F\&B sector. * Fluent in Arabic and English, you'll be pitching in both, often in the same meeting.
