Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions Process Improvement Manager **Location:** Isa Town, Bahrain **Company:** **Aspire Group of Companies** **Salary:** **BHD 1,800–2,800 per month** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Process Improvement Manager** to identify operational inefficiencies, optimize business processes, and lead continuous\-improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities * Lead continuous\-improvement and process\-optimization projects * Develop and monitor operational KPIs * Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies * Standardize procedures and improve workflow efficiency * Work with cross\-functional teams to implement solutions * Analyze performance data and identify root causes * Report improvement results and recommendations to management **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field * **2\+ years of experience** in process improvement or operations * Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills * Experience leading cross\-functional improvement projects * Strong communication and stakeholder\-management skills * Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage Pay: BD1,800\.000 \- BD2,800\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Isa Town (Al\-Wusṭā)
