Promote and sell company products and services Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results\-oriented **Sales Representative** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting the company's products and services, and achieving sales targets. Experience in sales is preferred, while experience in the real estate industry is an advantage. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. * Promote and sell the company's products and services to new and existing customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales. * Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum 2 years of sales experience; experience in real estate is an advantage. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service and relationship\-building abilities. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage. * Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
