Based at our modern logistics hub in Samaheej, Al Muharraq, we manage critical supply chains for fast\-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and food sectors. We are expanding our value\-added manufacturing division—which handles large\-scale product re\-packaging, labeling, processing, and assembly—and are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead this sector.Physical Work LocationAddress: Bldg. No. 142, Road 30, Block 236, Samaheej, Al Muharraq, Kingdom of BahrainPosition SummaryThe Manufacturing Manager will directly oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all daily production, packaging, and processing lines within our logistics complex. This role demands a high\-energy leader capable of managing floor supervisors, maximizing throughput on automated lines, ensuring absolute compliance with health and safety protocols, and meeting strict delivery deadlines for our commercial partners.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Scheduling: Organize and execute daily manufacturing and packaging schedules to guarantee maximum output and zero delays in distribution.Line Efficiency Optimization: Monitor machinery, analyze workflow bottlenecks on the packaging floors, and implement lean methods to reduce waste and cycle times.Quality \& Safety Assurance: Enforce rigid standards for quality control, plant cleanliness, and workforce safety in line with local Bahraini regulations and food safety guidelines.Team Leadership: Manage, train, and evaluate supervisors and assembly staff, ensuring clear performance metrics and a highly productive facility environment.Resource Management: Coordinate with warehousing teams to manage raw packaging materials, track production inventory, and minimize overhead costs.Operational Reporting: Compile and present daily performance metrics, labor hours, and production targets directly to senior management.Candidate Requirements (Baseline Prerequisites)Age Requirement: Must be at least 23 years old.Residency: Must be a current resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain.Legal Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Bahrain (with active, valid local work rights).Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of supervisory or managerial experience in an industrial manufacturing plant, high\-volume packaging facility, or FMCG production environment.Technical Skills: Proven understanding of production line mechanics, workforce management, and local industrial safety regulations.Working Arrangements \& CompensationWork Setup: This is a fully on\-site position based at our Samaheej facilities due to the hands\-on nature of manufacturing operations.Compensation: Salary is competitive and will be determined based on the specific responsibilities of the role and the selected candidate's level of experience.Recruitment Communication ProcessInitial Screening: Candidate profiles are screened strictly against the baseline prerequisites detailed above.Interview Protocol: If your application moves forward to the next stage, please note that subsequent communication and interviews will occur exclusively via Microsoft Teams rather than standard email.
