The Role We are seeking a proactive, organized, and hands\-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our facility’s daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment workflows. In this leadership role, you will manage site staff, optimize space utilization, enforce strict safety standards, and ensure every shipment arrives accurately and on time. What You’ll Do * Manage Daily Ops: Oversee inbound receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping operations. * Control Inventory: Supervise cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation using modern WMS tools to maintain near\-100% accuracy. * Lead \& Mentor Teams: Direct, schedule, and empower warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and floor staff to hit daily productivity targets. * Optimize Facility \& Space: Improve warehouse layouts, pick routes, and operational workflows to maximize storage capacity and throughput. * Maintain Safety \& Compliance: Enforce site safety standards (OSHA/local regulations), equipment maintenance schedules, and facility security. What We’re Looking For * 4–7\+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or distribution operations. * Hands\-on proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software. * Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and training warehouse staff. * Deep knowledge of warehouse safety regulations, material handling equipment (MHE), and logistics SLAs. * Excellent problem\-solving, organizational, and operational decision\-making abilities.
