Summary: This role supports daily warehouse operations through accurate picking, packing, replenishment, receiving, loading, unloading, data entry, inventory counting, and delivery assistance, ensuring stock accuracy and safety. Collaborate with various teams in a dynamic warehouse environment. **Job Purpose:** To support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, replenishing, receiving, loading, unloading, entering data, counting inventroy, and assisting with deliveries while maintaining stock accuracy, safety, and proper documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** Picking Pick products according to invoices, sales orders, or picking lists. Verify item codes, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates. Follow FEFO or FIFO procedures where applicable. Report missing, damaged, expired, or incorrect stock to the supervisor. Ensure orders are picked accurately and completed on time. Packing Pack products safely according to company procedures. Verify that the correct items and quantities are packed. Label cartons clearly with customer and delivery information. Protect products from damage during storage and transportation. Separate and arrange orders according to delivery routes or customers. Refilling and Replenishment Refill picking locations from reserve or bulk storage areas. Monitor stock levels in picking locations and replenish them before they become empty. Verify item codes, batch numbers, quantities, and expiry dates before replenishment. Follow FEFO or FIFO procedures during replenishment. Place stock in the correct assigned warehouse location. Report stock shortages, location errors, or damaged products to the supervisor. Maintain clean, organised, and properly labelled picking locations. Data Entry Enter order, stock, receiving, replenishment, and delivery information into the company system. Update order and delivery statuses accurately. Verify entered information against invoices and supporting documents. Maintain accurate warehouse records and filing. Report system, stock, or documentation discrepancies. Delivery Assistance Assist drivers with loading, arranging, and delivering customer orders. Verify delivered quantities against invoices or delivery notes. Obtain customer signatures, stamps, or proof of delivery when required. Assist with carrying and unloading goods at customer locations. Handle products carefully during transportation and delivery. Return signed documents and undelivered goods to the warehouse. Receiving Containers Assist in receiving containers and incoming shipments. Check cartons and products against packing lists and shipping documents. Count and verify received quantities. Inspect goods for damage, shortages, or incorrect items. Report receiving discrepancies immediately. Arrange received stock in the assigned receiving, quarantine, or storage area. Loading Load customer orders, cartons, and pallets into delivery vehicles. Verify orders against invoices, delivery notes, or loading lists before loading. Ensure the correct orders are loaded into the correct vehicle. Arrange goods according to the delivery route and unloading sequence. Secure goods properly to prevent movement, damage,Temperature deviation, or breakage during transportation. Separate fragile, heavy, temperature \-sensitive, or special\-handling products. Record loaded quantities and report missing or damaged cartons. Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff during loading. Unloading Unload containers, trucks, delivery vehicles, cartons, and pallets safely. Count and inspect goods during unloading. Handle products carefully to prevent damage. Move unloaded goods to the correct receiving or storage area. Monitor and record temperature control reports and devices. Follow health, safety, and manual\-handling procedures. General Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse. Support stock counts and inventory checks. Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions. Use warehouse equipment safely and correctly. Work cooperatively with warehouse, sales, finance, and delivery teams. Perform other warehouse\-related duties assigned by management. **Qualifications and Skills:** Bachelor in transport \& logistics management/Supply chain managementor 5 years\+ experience in warehousing in pharmaceutical industry. Basic computer and data\-entry skills. Physically able to lift, move, load, and unload goods. Good teamwork, communication, and time\-management skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
