The ideal candidate brings a background in fine dining or specialty café environments, a hands\-on approach to pre\-opening, and the ability to build and inspire a high\-performing team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** **General** · Lead all pre\-opening activities including team setup, supplier onboarding, and operational readiness · Oversee day\-to\-day operations and maintain exceptional guest experience standards · Manage, coach, and develop the team to deliver consistent, high\-quality service · Own the venue's P\&L, budgets, and commercial targets · Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders **BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE** **Experience \& Skills** · 8\+ years in F\&B operations, with senior management or GM\-level experience · Proven pre\-opening experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality concept · Background in fine dining, specialty café, or artisan bakery environments · Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills · Passion for food, coffee culture, and delivering memorable guest experiences Work Location: In person
