This role is essential for bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals. **Responsibilities** * Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT solutions. * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. * Conduct data analysis to support decision\-making and strategic planning. * Prepare project documentation and facilitate communication between technical teams and business users. * Monitor project progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in IT or technology sectors. * Strong understanding of business processes, analysis techniques, and project management methodologies. * Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. **Salary** * Competitive hourly rate: **80–150** **SAR/hr** based on experience and qualifications.
