**Job Description** * Meet with clients to understand project objectives, design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints. * Develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals. * Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, painters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. * Study space utilization, circulation patterns, and functionality to optimize interior layouts. * Create concept presentations including mood boards, material palettes, and design themes. * Advise clients on the selection of finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and décor items. * Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using professional design software. * Develop project schedules and cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance. * Source, order, and manage materials, furniture, and accessories according to approved specifications. * Supervise site implementation, installations, and finishing works to ensure design intent is achieved. * Conduct final walkthroughs with clients, address any concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction. * Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices. * Carry out additional duties related to interior design as assigned by management. **Requirements** * Strong attention to detail with excellent planning, problem\-solving, and organizational abilities. * Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, proportion, and spatial design. * Excellent visual presentation and conceptual design skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools. * Hands\-on experience with modern interior design and 3D visualization software. * Working knowledge of interior\-related building codes, regulations, and inspection requirements.
