Job Description ISG Gate E\-Commerce W.L.L. is seeking a dedicated and customer\-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across our e\-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. * Assist customers with product information, order placement, payment inquiries, shipping updates, and returns. * Resolve customer complaints and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Process orders, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. * Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions using the company's customer management system. * Coordinate with the logistics, warehouse, sales, and technical teams to ensure prompt issue resolution. * Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed. * Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements to enhance service quality. * Stay up to date with company products, promotions, and policies. * Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and service performance goals.
