**Job Summary\-Junior Quantity Surveyor** The Junior Quantity Surveyor supports the commercial and project teams by assisting in quantity take\-offs, cost control, and contract administration to ensure construction projects are delivered within budget. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in quantity take\-offs and preparation of BOQs * Support cost estimation and budget tracking * Assist in preparation of interim valuations and progress claims * Measure and record executed works on site * Assist in variation orders and change management * Support subcontractor measurement and payment certification * Maintain cost records and commercial documentation * Coordinate with site engineers and planning teams * Assist in final accounts preparation **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering * 1–3 years of experience in construction projects (fresh graduates may apply) * Basic knowledge of measurement methods and BOQs * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Familiarity with MS Excel and basic QS software **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong numerical and analytical skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and coordination skills * Willingness to learn and work under supervision Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: BD215\.000 \- BD250\.000 per month
