This role offers the opportunity to work alongside different business functions, contributing to projects that strengthen operational performance and encourage continuous improvement across the organization. How You Will Contribute Your work will focus on evaluating existing processes, understanding operational challenges, and supporting practical improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Key areas of responsibility include: * Reviewing current workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. * Collecting and analyzing operational information to support business improvement initiatives. * Assisting in the development of revised procedures and process documentation. * Monitoring improvement projects and tracking implementation progress. * Supporting cross\-functional teams during process reviews and operational assessments. * Preparing reports, findings, and recommendations for management consideration. * Helping establish performance measures to evaluate improvement outcomes. * Encouraging consistent working practices through effective documentation and communication. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity, attention to detail, and a practical approach to solving operational challenges. You should possess: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline. * Previous experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational support, quality management, or continuous improvement. * Strong analytical and organizational abilities. * Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams. * Confidence using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis. * Good written and spoken English.
