We're a small, senior team, and we're looking for an organised, people\-friendly Project Manager to keep our clients happy and our work moving as we grow. **About the Role** You'll be the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly for our clients and inside our team. You're the client's day\-to\-day contact: the one they hear from, rely on for updates, and trust to know exactly what's happening with their work. And you're the one who runs that work through our creative and marketing team, turning requests into clear briefs and making sure everything is delivered on time and on brief. **What You'll Do** * Be the client's main day\-to\-day point of contact, keeping them updated, reassured, and happy. * Initiate the Onboarding for any new client/project. * Turn client requests into clear briefs for the creative and marketing team * Manage timelines, priorities, and workload across the team using our task management tool * Set and protect deadlines, and keep every project on track * Run the weekly work\-in\-progress meeting * Support the onboarding of new clients * Pass any opportunities you hear from clients up to the Managing Director **What We're Looking For** * 1–3 years in project coordination, project management, or client\-facing delivery — ideally in an agency, marketing, or creative environment. * Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken * Highly organised — able to juggle multiple clients and projects without dropping a ball * Comfortable owning a project management tool (ClickUp or similar) * A clear, calm communicator, especially when things get busy or a client is unhappy **Nice to have** * Experience in a social media or branding agency Work Location: In person
