The ideal candidate will supervise technical teams, monitor operational performance, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily telecommunications operations and technical support teams. * Monitor network performance, service quality, and operational efficiency. * Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair activities. * Lead, train, and evaluate operations staff. * Resolve operational issues, service disruptions, and customer escalations. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and telecommunications regulations. * Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in telecommunications operations or a supervisory role. * Knowledge of telecommunications networks, infrastructure, and service operations. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telecom operations or network management systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Excellent organizational and decision\-making abilities.
