Focus on Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation projects The Assistant Manager \- Sales is responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and securing Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control \& Automation projects across industrial, infrastructure, utilities, water \& wastewater, oil \& gas, and commercial sectors. Key Competencies: * Business Development * Tendering \& Proposal Management * Client Relationship Management * Sales \& Revenue Growth * Market Analysis * Reporting Qualifications: * BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument Engineering or Equivalent * Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales * Must have excellent communication \& Interpersonal skills. * Candidates with GCC / Bahrain Market Experience is preferred * Strong negotiation and presentation skills. * Knowledge of E\&I systems, PLC, SCADA, automation, and industrial solutions. * Tendering and commercial contract knowledge. * MS Office proficiency. * Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
