This role involves overseeing the financial operations of multiple business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving strategic financial initiatives to support business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and consolidate financial reporting for the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. * Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvement * Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. * Lead and develop the finance team across various business units. * Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets. * Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies. * Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.Identify and manage financial risks for the organization. * Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree orprofessional certification like CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred). * 8\+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in asenior role within the financial services industry. * Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliancestandards. * Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. * Exceptional analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities. * Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. * **Preferred Experience:** * **Experience in managing financial operations for multi\-entity organizations.** * Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis. * Familiarity with industry\-specific software and tools.
