Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and prioritize urgent tasks We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to handle routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs for our restaurant, including kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and general facility needs. **Key Responsibilities:** · Perform routine inspections and basic repairs throughout the restaurant. · Maintain kitchen equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, doors, fixtures, and furniture. · Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues during operations. · Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs. · Follow safety, sanitation, and company standards while documenting completed work and repair needs. **Qualifications:** · Previous maintenance, facilities, restaurant, hotel, or repair experience preferred. · Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair. · Commercial kitchen equipment or refrigeration experience is a plus. · Ability to troubleshoot issues, work independently, and prioritize urgent tasks. · Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
