Role Overview We are seeking a proactive **IT Helpdesk Coordinator** to manage helpdesk operations, oversee ticketing systems, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a passion for IT support. Key Responsibilities * **Helpdesk management**: Coordinate daily helpdesk activities, assign tickets, and monitor resolution times. * **Technical support**: Provide first\-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior staff. * **Client communication**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely updates. * **System monitoring**: Track IT systems and networks to minimize downtime. * **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes. * **Process improvement**: Recommend enhancements to helpdesk workflows and support processes. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk coordination. * Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting practices. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are an advantage.
