You'll play a key role in attracting tenants, managing lease agreements, and delivering an outstanding leasing experience while helping maximise property occupancy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Market available commercial and residential properties to prospective tenants * Conduct property viewings and explain property features and leasing options * Respond to leasing enquiries and build strong tenant relationships * Negotiate lease terms and coordinate renewals and tenancy extensions * Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate leasing records * Coordinate tenant onboarding and property handovers * Monitor market trends and recommend leasing strategies * Collaborate with Property Management, Finance, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth leasing operations **Skills \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field * 2–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales * Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills * Excellent organisational and time management abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property management software is an advantage * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in commercial property leasing within Bahrain * Knowledge of Bahrain tenancy regulations and lease administration * Fluency in English and Arabic * Valid Bahrain driver's licence **Why Join Souq Waqif Management Company W.L.L.?** Be part of a respected leader in property management Work in a dynamic and customer\-focused environment Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and career development Play a key role in delivering exceptional leasing experiences *Apply now and help shape thriving communities through outstanding leasing and customer service.* Pay: From BD900\.000 per month Work Location: In person
