Lead operational teams, optimize production efficiency, ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards, control operational costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets and business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily plant production and operational activities * Manage maintenance, utilities, and process reliability * Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards * Monitor production KPIs, budgets, and operational costs * Lead supervisors, engineers, and plant personnel * Implement continuous improvement and efficiency programs * Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and management teams Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial) * 2\-3\+ years of plant or manufacturing operations experience * Strong leadership and industrial process management skills * Experience with HSE, production planning, and maintenance systems * Excellent English communication and reporting skills Pay: BD2,000\.000 \- BD3,500\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Askar
