Summary: This role involves inspecting raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality, performing various tests to meet standard limits, and managing returned products. Highlights: 1. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Inspect all incoming raw materials required for manufacturing against the standard product specifications. * Carry out inspection of finished goods to ensure good quality product, proper packaging \& identification (batch no.), clear MTN and maintain record. * Ensure that the raw materials and semi\-finished \& finished products are within the agreed standard limits by doing thickness/weight analysis, PPM report, MFI Test, dart impact test, cupping test, foil lubricant GSM, wall thickness checking, adhesion test of glue, oil proof/ crack test, oil proof test in hot oil bath, water proof/leak test, container capacity test and viscosity test. * Check all goods returned by the customers and recommend suitable disposal. * Maintain master samples of all of the products produced and all packaging materials. Qualifications: * Diploma or Bachelor of any related courses * Male only * Experience in Quality position is a must Work Location: In person
