We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team at \[MA GROUP]. **This position is open to Bahraini nationals only.** The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day technology operations within the company. Key Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks. * Provide technical support to employees (in person and remotely). * Troubleshoot system and network issues in a timely manner. * Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. * Monitor system performance and ensure efficiency. * Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and new implementations. Requirements: * Bahraini nationality (required). * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. * Knowledge of networking, security, and troubleshooting. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
