Engage in fact-checking, discrepancy resolution, and audit assistance **Position:** Accounts Executive **About Position:** We are looking for an Accounts Executive who can support the Accounts department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact\-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Providing support to the Accounts Department. * Managing book keeping; office inventory, petty cash and ensure proper closing on a daily basis. * Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc. * Preparing financial reports. * Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. * Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. * Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data. * Formulate general ledger and closing reports by imputing in\-depth details of the firm's transactions. * Follow standard business and finance protocols to disclose the organization's financial reports regularly. * Issue invoices to customers. * Reconcile bank transactions. * Other tasks as assigned. **Required Skills to be successful** * Bachelor of accounting, Finance or relevant degree. * Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. * Presenting an in\-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through concise reports. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. * Basic Computer skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From BD350\.000 per month Work Location: In person
