Interact professionally with customers and provide advice on proper usage **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, ovens, heaters, and small appliances). * Diagnose malfunctions and accurately identify the root cause of issues. * Replace faulty parts and ensure appliances operate at optimal performance. * Interact professionally with customers and provide advice on proper appliance usage. * Maintain maintenance records and document repair work accurately. * Adhere to safety standards while working with electricity and electrical appliances. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in home appliance maintenance (1–3 years preferred). * Good knowledge of appliance components and different operating systems. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. * Electrician certification or equivalent is preferred.
