Description

Summary: This role involves full lifecycle recruitment, from developing strategies and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Highlights: 1. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies 2. Conduct thorough candidate searches and screenings 3. Manage the full interview process and offer negotiation * Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. * Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online resources, professional networks, and job boards. * Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. * Pre\-screen candidates through phone interviews to assess fit for the role and company culture. * Schedule and conduct in\-person interviews with shortlisted candidates. * Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling logistics and communication with candidates and hiring managers. * Evaluate interview results and provide feedback to hiring managers. * Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates. * Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company. * Stay up\-to\-date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition best practices. * Maintain and develop relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. * Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time\-to\-hire and cost\-per\-hire. * May participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to represent the company. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum \[Number] years of experience in HR recruiting or a similar talent acquisition role. * Proven track record of successfully recruiting qualified candidates for various positions. * Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship\-building skills. * Skilled in candidate sourcing techniques, including online recruiting tools and social media platforms. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
