The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, proven leadership, and excellent client relationship skills to ensure profitability, high performance, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute the firm’s strategic plan, including long‑term goals, market positioning, and growth initiatives. * Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency, quality of service, and adherence to company policies and procedures. * Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, P\&L oversight, and profitability improvement. * Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships; lead key client meetings and business development efforts. * Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to support revenue growth. * Recruit, develop, and mentor senior leaders and high‑potential staff; build a high‑performance, accountable culture. * Collaborate with other partners/executives on major decisions, firm governance, and partner performance. * Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. * Track and analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed. * Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and in the wider business community as a key ambassador of the brand. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. * Extensive senior leadership or partner‑level experience, preferably within a partnership or professional services environment. * Demonstrated track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. * Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision‑making skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. * Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams and manage change. * Solid understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks in our industry and jurisdiction. **Preferred Attributes** * Existing network and reputation in the local and regional market. * Experience as an equity partner or owner‑operator. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
