Meet monthly sales targets **Sales Designer – Kitchens \& Closets** Alumar Group is hiring a Sales Designer for our kitchens and closets division. This role is for someone who can sell (confident, persuasive, target driven) and who can also design the kitchen or closet themselves, from measurement to final drawing. Some wood works projects are also involved. **What you'll do:** * Meet customers, understand their needs and budget, and sell them the right kitchen or closet solution * Take site measurements and design layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar * Advise on materials, finishes, and hardware options * Prepare quotations and follow up until the sale is closed * Get customer approval on final design before production * Follow up on all leads until confirmed or closed * Meet monthly sales targets **What you need:** * Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen, closet, and wood works sales and design * Strong sales skills, confident closer, good negotiator * Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar * Able to measure and design independently * Presentable, organized, good communicator * Arabic and English preferred Application Question(s): * Do you have a proven track record of closing sales and meeting monthly targets?
