We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller who can take full ownership of financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic financial planning across the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Ownership: Prepare and oversee accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes financial forecasting and variance analysis to support business strategy and performance tracking Internal Controls and Compliance: Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements Cash Flow and Risk Management: Monitor cash flow liquidity and financial risk exposure to ensure business stability and operational efficiency Leadership and Coordination: Work closely with operations HR and executive management to align financial planning with business objectives What We Are Looking For Experience: Minimum 7 years in finance or accounting roles with at least 2 years in a senior or controller position Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance or related field professional certification such as ACCA CPA or CMA is an advantage Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems ERP platforms and advanced Excel capabilities Mindset: Detail oriented analytical and confident in presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders Pay: BD1,800\.000 \- BD2,500\.000 per month Work Location: In person
