Summary: Seeking an exceptional, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to partner with the Founder, driving priorities and ensuring efficient execution across multiple businesses. Professional development and career growth We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder across multiple businesses. This is more than a traditional administrative role. You will serve as a trusted partner, helping drive priorities, coordinate projects, solve problems, and ensure key initiatives are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast\-paced environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities * Manage the Founder's daily priorities, schedule, and business activities. * Coordinate projects and ensure timely follow\-up with internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor progress on key initiatives and drive execution. * Handle professional communications, correspondence, and meeting coordination. * Research information, identify solutions, and present recommendations. * Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records. * Liaise with teams across multiple business operations to ensure deadlines are met. * Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues before they escalate. * Represent the Founder professionally when required.
