Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized **Product Operations Manager** to oversee product workflows, streamline operations, and ensure successful delivery of platform solutions. The successful candidate will coordinate cross\-functional teams, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence across product lifecycles. Key Responsibilities * **Process optimization**: Design and implement efficient workflows for product development and delivery. * **Cross\-functional coordination**: Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams. * **Performance monitoring**: Track KPIs and ensure operational targets are met. * **Risk management**: Identify potential bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Bahrain’s regulatory standards and company policies. * **Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership on product operations. * **Continuous improvement**: Recommend enhancements to product operations and customer delivery models. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in product operations, project management, or enterprise platforms. * Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, SaaS platforms, and digital operations. * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project). * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
