Role Overview We are seeking a proactive **Technical Support Engineer** to join our Manama office. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot network and system issues, and ensure high\-quality service delivery. This role is ideal for professionals with strong problem\-solving skills and a passion for customer support in the telecom and IT sector. Key Responsibilities * **Client support**: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and onsite visits. * **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * **System maintenance**: Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on IT systems. * **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system updates. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. * **Training**: Assist in educating clients on system usage and best practices. * **Continuous improvement**: Recommend enhancements to support processes and service quality. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in technical support or IT engineering. * Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and telecom infrastructure. * Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network\+, or equivalent) preferred.
