This role is responsible for designing integration strategies, managing technical delivery, ensuring interoperability between systems, and guiding engineering teams through successful implementation. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in integration architecture, APIs, middleware, enterprise applications, and cross\-functional technical leadership. Key Responsibilities * Lead enterprise systems integration strategy, architecture, and implementation initiatives. * Design scalable integration solutions connecting applications, platforms, databases, and external systems. * Define integration standards, patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices. * Lead integration projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and support. * Collaborate with enterprise architects, software engineers, business stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams. * Develop integration architectures using APIs, messaging, middleware, and event\-driven approaches. * Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective integration solutions. * Oversee data exchange, transformation, synchronization, and workflow automation processes. * Manage integration testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. * Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements. * Lead technical reviews, architecture discussions, and integration design sessions. * Mentor integration engineers and provide technical guidance. * Coordinate with third\-party vendors and technology partners. * Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational procedures. * Drive continuous improvement of integration platforms and delivery processes.
