Key Responsibilities **Monitor and control Cost of Revenue (Food \& Beverage Cost)** **Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly branch\-level** **Conduct recipe costing and update standard costing sheets** **Monitor variance between theoretical vs. actual consumption** **Perform stock audits and coordinate monthly inventory counts** **Track wastage, shrinkage, and implement corrective actions** **Work closely with Central Kitchen, Finance, Procurement \& Operations teams** **Review supplier pricing and recommend cost\-saving initiatives** **Prepare management reports with actionable recommendations** **Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin recovery plans** Interested Candidate please share your resume on Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: BD200\.000 \- BD300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
