Collaborate with team to meet production targets Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce high\-quality metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC laser cutting equipment, strong technical skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production schedules. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. * Load raw materials and ensure proper machine alignment and calibration. * Monitor machine operations to ensure precision, quality, and efficiency. * Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications. * Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting. * Replace machine consumables such as nozzles and lenses when required. * Report machine malfunctions and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team. * Maintain accurate production and quality records. * Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. * Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
