Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards We are looking for Housekeeping Manager responsible for directing and overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back\-of\-house spaces. This role manages staff, controls budgets and inventory, and upholds quality and safety standards. Reporting Structure **Reports to:** Director of Operations / General Manager **Direct reports:** Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, Housepersons, Laundry Staff Key Responsibilities Operations Plan, organize, and direct daily housekeeping activities across all areas Establish and maintain cleaning standards, schedules, and inspection routines Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality Coordinate with front office and maintenance to manage room readiness and turnaround Team Management Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching Manage staffing levels to match occupancy and workload demands Foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment Budget \& Inventory Manage the housekeeping budget, labor costs, and expense controls Oversee inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and equipment Source and negotiate with suppliers; approve purchase orders within authority Monitor consumption and minimize waste and loss Quality \& Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) Manage lost\-and\-found procedures and guest requests Address guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally Qualifications Required 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role Strong leadership, organizational, and time\-management skills Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment Familiarity with health and safety regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Preferred Experience with property management systems, opera.
