Oversee cloud environments ensuring high availability and optimal performance About the Role I3D Service \& Technology is seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Team Lead to guide our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, driving automation, reliability, and security across our software delivery lifecycle while mentoring a team of DevOps engineers. Key Responsibilities * Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor the DevOps engineering team, fostering best practices in automation, deployment, and cloud infrastructure. * CI/CD Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable automated build, test, and deployment pipelines. * Infrastructure \& Cloud Operations: Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance. * Security \& Compliance: Implement DevSecOps practices, ensuring robust access controls, data security, and vulnerability management. * Incident \& Monitoring Management: Set up proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; lead incident response and post\-mortem analyses. * Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with software engineering, QA, and IT teams to streamline release processes and reduce time\-to\-market. Requirements * Experience: 5\+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with 2\+ years of experience leading or managing a technical team. * Cloud \& Tools Expertise: Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible). * CI/CD Mastery: Deep hands\-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. * Scripting \& OS: Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go) and deep knowledge of Linux/Unix administration. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
