Focus on identifying and resolving maintenance issues We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to handle the day\-to\-day maintenance of a strip mall. **Requirements:** * Good knowledge of **electrical maintenance**, including lighting, switches, sockets, breakers, and troubleshooting electrical faults. * Good knowledge of **plumbing and sanitary work**, including toilets, WC fixtures, faucets, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, leaks, and basic sanitary repairs. * Basic knowledge of **HVAC/air\-conditioning systems** and ability to identify and handle basic issues. * Knowledge of general **facility maintenance**, including doors, locks, hinges, ceilings, walls, fixtures, and minor repairs. * Basic knowledge of cement/concrete and aluminum works. * Able to use basic hand and power tools. * Comfortable doing hands\-on work and working as part of a team. * **Good English speaking and communication skills.** * Able to identify maintenance snags, follow snag lists, maintenance schedules, checklists, work orders and instructions, and complete the required repairs. * Fast learner and able to adapt to different maintenance tasks. * Clean, presentable, physically fit, and able to work on\-site. * Responsible, reliable, and safety\-conscious. **Working Hours:** * **6 days per week** * **8 hours per day** * **Friday off** **Job Type:** Full\-time Pay: BD300\.000 \- BD400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
