Summary: Develop architectural and interior design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and 3D models, coordinate projects, and ensure compliance with regulations. Highlights: 1. Strong portfolio of architectural/interior design projects is a must Key Responsibilities * Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements. * Prepare **floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings**. * Prepare 3D models, renders, presentations, and design proposals. * Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections when required. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams. * Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and design elements. * Review shop drawings, material samples, and site works. * Ensure designs comply with project requirements and applicable **Bahrain regulations and standards**. * Assist with BOQs, specifications, quotations, and project documentation. * Monitor the implementation of designs and ensure quality and accuracy during execution. * Make design revisions based on client requirements and site conditions. * Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field**. * Minimum **2–5 years of relevant experience** in architecture, interior design, or fit\-out projects. * **Previous experience in Bahrain is highly preferred.** * Strong knowledge of the **Bahrain construction, architectural, and interior design market**. * Good understanding of local materials, suppliers, contractors, and construction practices. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is required. * Knowledge of **SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V\-Ray, Lumion, Enscape**, or similar software is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and technical detailing. * Ability to read and prepare technical and architectural drawings. * Good communication, coordination, and client\-handling skills. * Creative, detail\-oriented, and able to work under pressure. * Must have a **strong portfolio** of architectural/interior design projects. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** Preferred Candidate * Have previous **Bahrain work experience**. * Have good knowledge of the **Bahrain market and local construction practices**. * Understand local suppliers, materials, contractors, and fit\-out requirements. * Can join immediately or within a short notice period.
