Key Responsibilities * **Process mapping:** Document and analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies. * **Data analysis:** Collect and interpret operational data to support decision\-making. * **Improvement initiatives:** Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize performance. * **Stakeholder collaboration:** Work closely with management and teams to align process changes with business goals. * **Technology integration:** Support the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions. * **Compliance assurance:** Ensure processes adhere to regulatory and quality standards. * **Reporting:** Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance and improvement outcomes. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in process analysis, business consulting, or operations management. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in process modeling tools and data analysis software. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
