The Opportunity EL AZZAB GROUP is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities and support the successful execution of technical operations. This position plays an important role in coordinating engineering resources, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with company objectives. Key Areas of Responsibility * Lead and supervise engineering teams in the planning and execution of daily operations. * Coordinate engineering activities to support ongoing projects and operational requirements. * Review technical documentation, project schedules, and engineering specifications. * Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical and operational issues. * Work closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication and project coordination. * Support the implementation of engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure engineering activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Evaluate operational performance and recommend practical improvements where appropriate. * Prepare engineering reports, progress updates, and project documentation for management. * Promote a safe, organized, and professional working environment. Professional Background * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. * Minimum of 5 years of engineering or engineering management experience. * Previous experience supervising technical teams is preferred. * Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Good command of English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
