**Our client in the F\&B industry is searching for a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Server/Waiter for an Egyptian Cuisine restaurant to ensure an exceptional dining experience for their guests.** **About the Role:** In this fast\-paced environment, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant floor. **Responsibilities:** * Warmly greet guests and present menus. * Assist with seating and answer menu questions, offering recommendations when requested. * Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems. * Ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated clearly to the kitchen. * Maintain a clean and organized dining area, replenishing supplies and bussing tables. * Deliver food and beverages efficiently and attentively, adhering to service standards. * Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. * Process payments accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with colleagues, including bussers, kitchen staff, and bartenders, to ensure a seamless dining experience. * Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Perform opening and closing sidework duties. * Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * 2 to 3 Years of experience * Experience in a fast\-paced restaurant environment is preferred. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and manage multiple tables simultaneously. * Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Very good knowledge of food and beverage service.
