Collaborate with project teams in a site environment Job Summary & Responsibilities: Provide administrative support at the project/site office Maintain site documentation including reports, permits, and records Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and head office Handle site correspondence (emails, letters, and communications) Manage attendance records, timesheets, and staff data Arrange site logistics such as accommodation, transport, and supplies Maintain inventory of office and site materials Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly site reports Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) of all site documents Support procurement coordination for site requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field 2–4 years of experience in site administration or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work under pressure in a site environment Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Familiarity with construction/site operations is an advantage Must follow company policies and safety procedures Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project-based environments
