Summary: Seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, analyze data, and ensure compliance within an F&B environment. Highlights: 1. Manage financial records and general ledger entries 2. Analyze financial data and prepare insightful reports 3. Proficiency in ERP accounting systems like Foodics or Tally **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and income statements. * Conduct regular reconciliations, including delivery platform transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. * Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing financial performance. * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support financial strategies and goals. * Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances, and identifying areas for improvement. * Monitor transactions from delivery platforms, reconcile with internal records, and investigate discrepancies. * Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. * Monitor daily purchases, prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), update FMC (Food Management System), generate cost reports, and allocate costs. * Record inventory transfers and maintain accurate stock records. * Perform additional duties as requested by the Chief Accountant or Management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, preferably in the F\&B industry. * Proficiency in ERP accounting systems such as Foodics, Tally, or similar platforms. * Strong understanding of Profit \& Loss statements, General Ledger, and Asset \& Liability Reconciliation. * Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. * Strong organizational and communication skills.
